Welcome to the blog

Hello readers and welcome to my newest Blog endeavor! 

As you can see, the majority of this site is dedicated to my aspirations as a musician and teacher. However, like many of you there are a lot of nooks and crannies to my personality. For example, I spent many years working as a Baker before trading in mixing bowls for an office position and developing expertise in social media content creation and monitoring . I also have a profound love for the outdoors and travel. 

This blog is a space for sharing those nooks and crannies with you as well as the knowledge I have gathered in my fields of interest over the last few years. Upcoming posts will focus on music (of course) but also baking, social media marketing tips, adventure stories, agriculture, and any other interesting tid bits I think you will enjoy reading! Please think of this space as a place for sharing knowledge and also for discussion; this absolutely means that you can write me with your questions and subjects of interest for future posts! I look forward to getting to know you and hope you enjoy the blog.

For the rest of this first post, instead of boring you with a long post and bunches of words you will probably (lets be honest now) never read, Here are a few of my favorite pictures that represent pieces of me and I hope allow you to get to know me a little better:

Traveling and being immersed in other cultures is one of my favorite things to do and I've been fortunate to live in many parts of the world for short periods of time.

Graduated in 2008 from Goucher College where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance. 

 Finally solved the ever present mystery of how to be in two places at once..... Got ya! Just foolin', I have a pretty spectacular twin sister though.

Some of the best pictures of me were taken while I was eating.. know why? Because I freakin' love food! 

Hiking and Snow Shoeing are two of my favorite forms of exercise.. along with Yoga and biking. 

Yeh... you could say I'm a baker.

I have never been to a Red Sox game. I know... feel free to proceed judging.

Apples are by far my favorite fruit.

Annnd... I'm a little bit of a farm girl.
